摘要

分析了造成10kV高压开关柜内电缆接头产生应力的原因,对研制异形母线伸缩节的设计思路进行了阐述,详细介绍了异形母线伸缩节的研制过程,用此异形母线伸缩节可以有效克服电缆接头的应力,对防止开关柜事故隐患提供了解决办法.

Abstract

The paper analyzes the reasons caused by the cable connector causing stress in a 10kV high voltage switch cubicle,state design thought for developing sketch bus expasion joint,present the development process of the sketch bus expansion joint detailed.Use the expansion joint to effectively overcome the cable connector stress,which provides the solution for preventing accident hidden trouble of the switch cubicle emergency.
