含分布式能源的城市智能配电网自愈控制模型研究

由于现有的配电网自愈控制模型自愈重构时间久,提供保护能力差,为此研究含分布式能源的城市智能配电网自愈控制模型.以35kV变电站配电网的电源中心,从不同的等级电源点中将进线引入,在电源点下引出一定数量的10kV馈线,在不同回路间建立通信.根据分布式电源出力特征,对风速进行拟合,得到风速与功率之间的关系.通过自动切断负载量,减少网损来紧急控制目标.根据负载需求将节点两端的电压值控制,对线路的容量添加约束.运用蚁群算法进行网络重构,对故障后的恢复策略进行寻优,寻找主网中恢复的负载进行恢复供电从而完成自愈控制.测试结果表明,在配电网发生故障时所有开启的保护时间均小于150ms,自愈重构时间均小于70ms,结果符合预期,能够支撑保护配电网运行,实现较好应用.
Research on the Self-healing Control Model of an Urban Intelligent Distribution Network with Distributed Energy Sources
The self-healing control model of an urban intelligent distribution network with distribted energy sources is studied.Take 35kV substation distribution network as the power-supply centre,leading incoming feeders from dif-ferent class power points.Lead out a certain 10kV feeders under the power points and set up communication among different circuits.According to the distributed power supply output characteristic,carry out wind velocity fitting,get-ting relations between wind velocity and power.By automatic cutting off capacity,reducing emergency control objec-tive.According to load demand,control the voltage value at the hoth ends of the node in order to restrain capacity addition to the circuits.Use ant swarm algorithm to carry out the network reconsitution,look for superiority of recov-ery strategy after faults.Look for load of the main network recovery to carry out recovery power supply,thus finishing the self healing control.The test result shows that when faults happens in the distributed network,all the protection time is less than 150ms,the self healing time less than 70ms,the results are in conformity with the desired results,which can support protection distribution network running,achieving better application.
