为了提高变压器故障诊断的正确率,提出了一种基于改进PSO算法优化SVM的变压器故障诊断方法.利用改进PSO算法对支持向量机的惩罚参数和核参数进行优化,建立了基于改进PSO-SVM的变压器故障诊断模型,采用典型变压器故障数据进行算例分析,并与GA-BP和ALO-ELM两种故障诊断方法对比,结果表明,基于改进PSO算法优化SVM的变压器故障诊断方法的正确率高达96%,高于其他两种方法,验证了所提方法的正确性和实用性.
Transformer Fault Diagnosis Based on SVM Optimized Improved PSO Algorithm
In order to improve the accuracy of transformer fault diagnosis,a transformer fault diagnosis method based on improved PSO algorithm optimized SVM is proposed.Using the improved PSO algorithm to optimize the penalty parameters and kernel parameters of support vector machines,a transformer fault diagnosis model based on the improved PSO-SVM was established.Typical transformer fault data is used for example analysis,and compared with GA-BP and ALO-ELM fault diagnosis methods.The results show that the accuracy of the transformer fault diag-nosis method based on the improved PSO algorithm optimized SVM is as high as 96%,higher than the other two methods,The correctness and practicality of the method proposed in this article have been verified.
