Development of New Special Isolation Tool for Secondary Terminals Based on Failure Mode and Effect Analysis
Through the potential risk assessment of the whole process of the secondary equipment maintenance link, the potential maximum risk item of the secondary equipment maintenance link is obtained, and the severity(S)and frequency of the potential maximum risk item are analyzed using the failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)method(O)and detection difficulty(D)are quantitatively evaluated in three dimensions, and the risk coefficient(RPN)of the potential risk under the failure mode and effect analysis is obtained. For the maintenance of secondary equipment with a risk factor(RPN)greater than 100,a new type of special isolation tool for secondary terminals was developed, and the risk factor(RPN)of the isolation measures before and after the use of the isolation tool was quan-titatively evaluated. The risk factor(RPN)is greatly reduced and eliminates the risks in the implementation of secu-rity measures.
