新型配电网调度计划检修全过程自动驾驶技术研究与应用

针对配电网计划检修量大,操作安全防误水平低问题,提出新型配电网调度计划检修全过程"自动驾驶"概念.介绍了自动驾驶系统架构,对自动驾驶关键技术,包括智能成票、智能校验、程序化操作、自动置位挂牌、智能监控等进行了说明.在广州供电局的实践应用结果表明,自动驾驶技术可以实现检修计划从调度拟票、调度程序化操作、网络发令现场操作、调度命令票归档、调度图形自动置位挂牌等环节的全流程自动执行,极大提升了操作安全防误水平和操作效率.
Research and Application of Whole-process Automatic Driving Technology in New Type Distribution Network Dispatching Planned Maintenance
In response to the large amount of the distribution network planned maintenance and the low level of op-eration safety,the concept of"automatic driving"of the distribution network maintenance order is proposed.The ar-chitecture of the automatic driving system is introduced,and the key technologies of automatic driving,including in-telligent ticket generation,intelligent verification,programmed operation,automatic setting and tagging,and intelli-gent monitoring,are described.The practical application result in Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau shows that the automatic driving technology can realize the whole-process automatic execution of the maintenance plan from the preparation of the ticket to the end of the operation,and greatly improve the level of operation safety and work effi-ciency.
