摘要

配电网和输电网中大规模新能源分布式发电(DG)渗透率的增加给变电站管理带来了复杂性,因此需要制定或修订现有的电力条例,以适应新的情况.此外,新能源DG的日益增多对现有变电站保护有影响,电力公司要求发电机具备更多能力,以便在电网电压故障穿越或频率干扰下保持连接,以及在特殊条件下支撑系统电压和频率.

Abstract

The increasing penetration rate of large-scale new energy distributed generation(DG)in distribution and transmission networks has brought complexity to substation management,thus requiring the development or revision of existing electricity regulations to adapt to the new situation.In addition,the increasing number of new energy DGs has an impact on the protection of existing substations.Power companies require generators to have more capabilities to maintain connections in the event of grid voltage faults or frequency disturbances,as well as to support system voltage and frequency under special conditions.
