考虑短期负荷的新能源电力系统AGC机组动态优化调度

为控制AGC机组动态调节量,实现对机组调度过程的优化,以某新能源电力系统为例,开展考虑短期负荷的AGC机组动态优化调度方法设计研究.将短期负荷率为1 及一段时间内等值负荷的均值变化为最优调度目标,设计考虑短期负荷的新能源电力系统AGC机组调度目标函数,根据系统运行需求,进行目标函数的约束;根据电力系统在运行中的CPS标准,计算AGC机组动态调节量,实现对电力系统的分区优化调度.对比实验结果表明:使用该方法进行AGC机组动态优化调度,可以控制AGC机组动态调节量在一个相对较低的水平,以此种方式,降低AGC机组辅助服务费用与机组运行中的机组调节压力,实现对新能源电力系统运行的全面优化.
The Dynamic Optimization Dispatching of AGC Unit of New Energy Power System Considering Short-term Load
In order to control the dynamic regulating variable of AGC unit to achieve optimality to the unit dispatc-hing process.Take some new energy power system for example,consider the design and study of the dymamic opti-mization dispatching method of AGC unit for the short-term load.Take the short-term rate as 1 and mean value changes of equivalent load within a span as optimal dispatching objective function of the new energy power system considering the short-term load.According to the system operation demand,earry out the objective function restrain-ed.According to CPS standard for the power system in operation,ealculate the dynanic dispatcling regulating varia-ble of AGC unit to achieve the zone optimization dispatching of the power system.The contrast experiment results show that to use the method to carry out the dynamic dispatching of AGC can be controlled to a lower level.Use this way to reduce auxiliary service cost of AGC unit and the unit regulating pressure in the unit operation,achieving comprehensive optimization to the new eneryg power system.
