含分布式光伏电源的智能配电网自愈控制方法

针对含分布式光伏电源的智能配电网在实际运行中存在自愈效果差,无法在短时间内恢复正常供电的问题,开展对其自愈控制方法的设计研究.采用均值法,对原始配电网数据标准化处理,并在此基础上完成含分布式光伏电源的智能配电网模糊聚类区域划分.结合配电网的不同运行状态,实现对其自愈控制.通过实例证明,新的控制方法应用后配电网能够在更短的时间内恢复正常运行,具备十分理想的自愈效果,可以有效促进配电网运行的安全性和可靠性提升.
The Intelligent Distribution Network Self-healing Control Method with Distributed Photovoltaic Power Source
For the bad effect of the intellignet distribution network with distributed photovoltaic power source in ac-tual running and the problem unable to return to normal power supply in a short time,develop the design research to its self-healing control method.Adopt the mean value method to deal with standardization for aoriginal distribution data,and an the basis of this,complete fuzzy cluster zoning of the intelligent distribution with the distributed photo-voltaic power source.Combining different running states of the distribution network,tealize its self-healing control.The example shows that after the new control method is used,the distribution network can return to normal running in shorter time,having very ideal effect,which can effectively promote safety and reliability in creased for the distri-bution network running.
