The paper puts forward an index analysis method to measure rapid recoery power ability of the distribu-tion network,and achieves automatic statistic analysis by intelligence means,which is used to measure distribution network automation to rapid recovery power ability support.To realize the distribution network automation is not only development but also more offers support to improve rapid recovery power ability.The related content provides relia-ble power supply base for power users.
