混合式高压直流断路器阻断故障电流原理研究

混合式高压直流断路器能够集成机械断路器与固态断路器的优点,能够提高高压、超高压直流输配电网的运行可靠性及安全性.为了限制故障电流的上升率,通常需通过电抗或电容限制故障电流.基于电容限流提出了一种混合式高压直流断路器的拓扑.该断路器采用电容器限流的方式,能够实现对直流网络的过流保护;通过避雷器实现对直流网络的过压保护.利用PSCAD搭建了该混合式高压直流断路器的仿真模型,其仿真结果表明:该断路器能够快速阻断故障电流,能够利用电容抑制故障电流的上升率.
Research on the Blocking Fault Current Principle of a Hybrid HVDC Circuit Breaker
A hybrid HVDC circuit breaker can integrate advantages of mechanical circuit breaker and solid state circuit breaker,and can improve the operation reliability and safety of high voltage and ultra-high voltage DC trans-mission and distribution network.In order to limit the rise rate of fault current,it is usually necessary to limit the fault current by reactance or capacitance.A topology of hybrid HVDC circuit breaker based on capacitor current limiting is presented in this paper.The circuit breaker adopts the mode of capacitor current limiting,which can real-ize the overcurrent protection of DC network.The overvoltage protection of DC network is realized by lightning ar-rester.In this paper,the simulation model of the hybrid HVDC circuit breaker is built by using PSCAD.The simula-tion results show that the circuit breaker can quickly block the fault current and restrain the rise rate of the fault current by using capacitance.
