介绍继电保护设备的失效率与数据类型,在进行失效率估算时,首先要对失效数据进行归纳、分析、汇总,然后在不同失效类型中将偶然失效与老化失效区分开来,针对不同的数据类型提出一种基于极大似然估计法的失效率估算方法.最后通过某区域电网2010~2011年220kV及以上线路继电保护设备实测失效信息进行算例分析,与传统基于指数分布的最小二乘估计方法进行对比验证了所提方法的有效性.
The Estimation Method of Failure Rate of Relay Protection Equipment Based on Maximum Likelihood Estimation Method
A failure rate estimation method of relay protection equipment based on the maximum likelihood estima-tion method is proposed,and the failure rate and data types of relay protection equipment are introduced.Summa-rize,and then distinguish accidental failure and aging failure in different failure types,and propose a failure rate es-timation method based on maximum likelihood estimation method for different data types.Finally,through an exam-ple analysis of the measured failure information of 220kV and above line relay protection equipment in a regional power grid from 2010 to 2011,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by comparing with the traditional least square estimation method based on exponential distribution.
