电能计量表的谐波电能测量方法研究

随着电力电子设备不断加入到电网中,电力系统中的谐波分量越来越多,谐波污染对于电网的危害越来越严重,而传统的电能计量表仅测量基波电能分量,并未考虑谐波电能,导致电能计量表测量电能较真实消耗的电能较少.因此,谐波电能对于电网存在危害,不仅未受到处罚措施,甚至不用缴纳电费,进一步导致谐波电能的增加,危害电网.提出了一种计及谐波电能的电能计量表的测量方法,可以测量基波电能与谐波电能,通过增加基波电能与谐波电能的电费权重值,可激励用户减少谐波电能的消耗,进而实现治理电网谐波分量的目的.为了验证提出的算法,结合实际工程,验证采用该算法的电能计量表测量电能的准确性.
Research on Harmonic Energy Measurement Method of Electric Energy Measurement Instruments
With the continuous addition of power electronic equipment to the power grid,there are more and more harmonic components in the power system,and the harm of harmonic pollution to the power grid is more and more serious.However,the traditional power meter only measures the fundamental wave power component,but does not consider the harmonic energy,which leads to the measurement of the power meter is less than the real power con-sumption.Therefore,harmonic energy is harmful to the power grid,not only the penalty measures,even do not have to pay the electricity fee,further leading to the increase of harmonic energy,harm the power grid.This paper puts forward a measuring method of power meter that takes harmonic energy into account,which can measure fundamen-tal and harmonic energy.By increasing the weight value of fundamental and harmonic energy cost,it can motivate users to reduce the consumption of harmonic energy,so as to achieve the purpose of controlling harmonic component of power grid.In order to verify the algorithm proposed in this paper,combined with the actual project,verify the ac-curacy of the electric energy meter using the algorithm to measure the electric energy.
