The study starts from Safe hidden trouble and efficeny problems of the pin insulator field of changing big retainer distribution lines of rural power distribution network,design a lifting line device to use level principle to lift automatieally,which is mainly made up of base,support,lowing line disk and level.By an actuating unit to screw nuts to lift the conducting wires.use U pallet and U blocking grooves locked,which reduces manual lift difficulty and pull-off accident.It provides reliable guarantee for distributed line service.
