摘要

电线电缆是一项重要的电气参数,其质量直接影响着国民经济和人民的生活、健康、财产的安全.为了验证电线电缆材料的可靠度,提前预防安全事故的发生,需要对电线电缆的导体电阻进行精确的测量,而受地域、环境、人员、设备等因素的制约,目前我国测量机构的测量能力与水平并不统一.结合标准、规范的要求和实际的测试工作,论述了测量方法、测量的影响因素和相应的改进措施.

Abstract

The metal material tension test is the most important content testing its quality and production process.Various index parameters obtained during testing process are a key factor reflecting mechanical properties of metal material,however,in actual teasion test,its test result and test parameters can be under the influence of many fac-tors,making accuracy of the test sample,tester calibration,holding method correctness and tension rate control pro-duce marked influence on the test results.Making process of the test sample must comply with strict standard in or-der to ensure the whole material pwerformance.
