摘要
照明配电箱在日常工作生活中保护人们的安全,但不规范设计、生产、安装以及维护不到位等问题却频繁出现.从照明配电箱的标准介绍出发,结合日常产品质量认证检测、应用中遇到的典型案例,从防护等级、保护电路接地连续性、外接导线端子、开关配置等角度对安全问题进行了探讨,为照明配电箱的设计、生产、安装、使用提供一定的技术参考.
Abstract
The lighting distribution box protects people's safety in daily work and life,but problems such as non-standard design,production,installation and inadequate maintenance frequently occur.This paper starts from intro-duction of related standards of lighting distribution box.And then combined with typical cases encountered in prod-uct quality certification testing and application,safety problems are discussed from perspectives of degree of ptotec-tion,external conductor terminal,earth continuity of protective circuit,switch configuration,etc.,which provides cer-tain technical references for the design,production,installation and use of lighting distribution box.
