绝缘管母由于其大量的优点被广泛应用于变电站中.但是由于潮湿、密封效果差会出现绝缘能力降低导致击穿的情况,给主变设备生产运行带来了较大的安全隐患.以220kV变电站低压侧绝缘管母A相异常事故进行分析和讨论,通过试验找出绝缘管母的结构、使用方法对其电气性能的影响,并从运行维护、人员素质提升等方面提出防范措施,提高了设备的可靠性,满足电网正常运行.
Analysis and Consideration of an Abnormal Accident of Phase A of Insulated Busbar at Low Voltage Side of 220kV Substation
An insulated tubular bus is widely used in substations because of its many advantages.However,due to the humidity and poor sealing effect,the insulation capacity will be reduced and the breakdown will occur,which brings great potential safety hazards to the production and operation of the main transformer equipment.This paper analyzes and discusses the phase A abnormal accident of the insulated busbar at the low voltage side of the 220kV substation,finds out the influence of the structure and use method of the insulated busbar on its electrical perform-ance through the test,and puts forward preventive measures from the aspects of operation maintenance and personnel quality improvement,which improves the reliability of the equipment and meets the normal operation of the power grid.
