岩溶生态系统是一个比较脆弱的生态系统.在分析典型岩溶生态系统土壤微生物类型和数量、土壤酶活性、植物群落组成与结构及其多样性的基础上,从生态恢复的生物途径角度,提出可用土壤微生物、土壤酶、植物群落组成与结构及其多样性等主要生物学微观与宏观指标来科学评价西南岩溶生态系统的脆弱性.同时,针对西南脆弱的岩溶生态系统特点,提出了相应治理的生物技术措施.
The karst ecosystem is a fragile ecosystem. Based on the analysis of the type and number of soil microorganisms, activities of soil enzymes, and plant community structure and its diversity in typical karst ecosystems, the main biologically microcosmic and macroscopical indexes, such as soil microorganisms, soil enzymes, plant community structure and its diversity, are put forward in the light of biological approach of ecological restoration to evaluate scientifically the fragility of karst ecosystem of Southwest China. Moreover, some reasonable measures on the harnessing of karst eco-environment were put forward based on the characteristics of fragile karst ecosystem in Southwest China.
