Research on acoustics properties under Oil reservoir medium conditions
Two phases' media compose a basic model with the oil layer pore framework as the main phase and the pore fluid as the second phase. Under some supposed conditions, using the mechanic theory of continuous medium, and the coupling of the formation fluid pressure and the elastic properties of the rock, the mathematical model for acoustic wave propagating in oil layer is established based on the continuous conditions of stress, the equation of state, continuing equation, motion equation, and fluid-solid coupling euation. The mathematical model under two conditions of one-dimension and radial direction is simplified, and the analytic solutions are deduced separately according to different definite conditions. This paper precisely describes the variation of physical parameters of vibrated wave propagating in oil layer based on the mathematical model. The descriptive results are basically identical with the actual formation testing results.
