Research on preprocessing of gravity satellite accelerometer data
The capacitive accelerometer is mainly used to measure the non-conservative force at the center of mass of gravity satellites, which is the core payload of gravity satellites.Various disturbances in the satellite platform and environment can affect the accelerometer measurement. This paper focuses on the preprocessing method of the original level-1A accelerometer data of the GRACE Follow-On satellites, gives the preprocessing steps of accelerometer data, and focuses on analyzing the magnitude and processing methods of accelerometer data anomalies caused by various types of interference in the satellite platform and environment(including peaks and spikes caused by attitude control thruster deviation, magnetic torque interference, switching of heating system, damping oscillation,etc.).ACT1A products and ACT1B products are generated based on ACC1A data and compared with the corresponding products released by JPL.The results show that the standard deviation in the three-axis acceleration residual of ACT1A data is better than 10-17m·s-2,the acceleration residual amplitude spectral density is better than 10-18m·s-2/(Hz)1/2.The standard deviation in the three-axis acceleration residual of ACT1B data is better than 10-11 m·s-2,and the acceleration residual amplitude spectral density is better than 10-12m·s-2/(Hz)1/2.The precision of the generated ACT1A and ACT1B data is better than the accelerometer accuracy of 10-10m·s-2,and the ACT1B data can be used for gravity field inversion.
