Tectonic framework and rock mass distribution in the middle section of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River:from the understanding of gravity and magnetic multi-scale edge detection
The middle section of the mineralization belt in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River is an important mineral resource base in eastern China.Although multiple ore concentration areas such as Jiurui,Luzong,Tongling,and Anqing Guichi have been discovered,there is still huge potential for mineral exploration.However,the structural framework and rock mass distribution of regional faults are not yet clear,which restricts further mineral exploration work.The gravity and magnetic fields contain information about various underground magnetic and magnetic geological bodies with different densities.This paper uses a multi-scale edge detection method to detect the edges of regional gravity and aeromagnetic data in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River,and obtains the boundaries of magnetic and density bodies with different burial depths.Based on the multi-scale edge detection results of gravity and magnetism,the following conclusions have been drawn:1.A total of 6 inferred faults,12 inferred rock mass boundaries based on gravity,12 inferred rock mass boundaries based on magnetic force,and two inferred volcanic rock basin boundaries have been identified.2.Delineate the distribution range of the rock mass.It is speculated that there are concealed rocks in the area of Duchang Hukou Xingzi County De'an County Ruichang South,Dongzhi County Pengze County,the northwest and southeast of Jingdezhen,and under Tongling.3.The distribution range of the volcanic rock belt is from Luzong to Susong,and there is a great potential for hidden mines at the southern and western ends.Based on geological data,the ore-forming prospects were analyzed,providing a basis for a new round of ore exploration work in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River ore-forming belt.
