Evaluation of Voltage Sag Severity Based on Cloud Model
Aiming at the ambiguity of judging the severity of voltage sags, the evaluation results must be compared with other sag events to obtain their own relative severity. However, the general grading evaluation method cannot regard to the quantification of the indicators and the indeterminacy of the grading borderline.Based on the theory of combined weighted cloud model,a voltage sag graveness level assessment way is presented which considered both system side and load side indexes.By analyzing the tolerance splines of subtle facility,a set of indicators is constructed, and the grades of different indicators are obtained. The cloud model is applied to qualitatively and quantitatively express the severity of the indicators. Then through the TOPSIS ideal point method, the indicators are weighted by assembly of subjective and objective.Lastly, the cloud model membership and cloud similarity are used to judge the node and the system voltage sag graveness level.Through the IEEE 30 node system simulation verification, the cloud model can reflect the qualitative and quantitative, ambiguity and stochasticity, indeterminacy of index data to make the voltage sag assessment is more reasonable.
