With the development of the network technology,the streaming media resolve the files long download time to play.Firstly,similarities and differences have been compared SIP to RTSP in the thesis,which is concluded their advantages.Secondly,in the process of real video,media convection of important agreements SIP agreement is carefully analyzed are in the conversation building process,RTSP agreement is used by controlling the media.At last,the implementation of the client and the video server are discussed.SIP and RTSP are used in the video surveillance system which is effective and practical.
