摘要

提出一种基于FFmpeg + OpenCV技术搭建的流媒体平台,实现广播电视无线发射台站音视频流集中分发,可按多节目、多台站定制化音视频信号多画面轮播监测,支持不同广播电视音视频流的统一编转码,从而解决音视频信号重复传输导致的网络拥堵,实现无线发射台站音视频信号的集中监管,提高安全播出保障能力.

Abstract

This paper proposes a streaming media platform based on FFmpeg+OpenCV technology,which can achieve centralized distribution of audio and video streams at radio and television wireless transmission stations.It can customize audio and video signals for multi program and multi station rotation monitoring,support unified encoding and transcoding of different radio and television audio and video streams,thereby solving network congestion caused by repeated transmission of audio and video signals and achieving centralized supervision of audio and video signals at wireless transmission stations,and improve the ability to ensure safe broadcasting.
