针对便携式控制机箱工作环境温度高、使用时间长、可维修要求高等问题,进行了内部结构改进,借助三维软件和流体热分析软件,在热传导路径、板卡布置及风道设置等方面采取一定措施,多次迭代改进之后可以有效降低局部热量集中,确保各板卡及器件在正常工作温度下运行.
Analysis of Heat Dissipation Improvement in a Portable Control Case
Aiming at the problems of high working environment temperature,long service time and high maintenance requirements of portable control chassis,this paper improves its internal structure.With the help of 3D software and fluid thermal analysis software,certain measures are taken in the aspects of heat conduction path,board layout and air duct setting,etc.After several iterations of improvement,local heat concentration can be effectively reduced.Ensure that all boards and devices operate at normal operating temperature.
