Abstract
Against the backdrop of continuous innovation in science and technology,many new technologies such as 5th Generation Mobile Communication Technology(5G),Artificial Intelligence(AI),cloud editing technology,and blockchain technology have emerged and are widely applied in the media field.With the help of new technologies,the production efficiency and content quality of short video news programs can be significantly improved,providing viewers with a better viewing experience,enhancing audience stickiness,improving the ratings of short video news programs,and promoting sustainable development of short video news media.To ensure the effective application of new technologies,explore the production and broadcasting strategies of short video news programs supported by new technologies.
