摘要

结合中波广播发射台搬迁改造的现状和特点,依据风险评估理论,研究如何应用到中波广播发射台搬迁改造项目技术环节中,通过对涉及问题的研究实现风险评估理论的转化应用,为中波广播发射台的迁建过程、日常播出建立一套便于实施、适应性强的风险管理方案,提升发射台建设水平和日常的安全播出水平.通过风险的控制,保证工程建设目标的实现.

Abstract

Based on the current situation and characteristics of the relocation and renovation of medium wave broadcasting transmission station,this paper mainly analyzes the risk assessment theory and studies how to apply it to the technical aspects of the relocation and renovation project of medium wave broadcasting transmission station.Through the research of related problems,the transformation and application of risk assessment theory is achieved,and a set of easy to implement and adaptable risk management plans is established for medium wave broadcasting transmission station in the relocation and daily broadcasting process,improve the construction level of launch stations and the daily safety broadcasting level.By controlling risks,we ensure the achievement of the construction goals of the project.
