摘要
我国海洋石油与天然气资源蕴藏着巨大的潜力,成为能源产业发展的战略重点.其中,海上平台的安全生产一直是重中之重.在这一背景下,智能视频监控技术的应用成为保障海上平台安全的重要手段.基于此,探讨了智能视频监控技术在海上平台安全生产中的应用,包括对海上平台的人员、设备和场景进行实时监测和分析.以期有效识别潜在的安全风险,并及时采取相应措施,提高海上平台的生产安全水平.
Abstract
China's offshore oil and natural gas resources contain huge potential and become the strategic focus of energy industry development.Among them,the safe production of offshore platforms has always been the top priority.In this context,the application of intelligent video surveillance technology has become an important means to ensure the safety of offshore platforms.Based on this,the application of intelligent video surveillance technology in offshore platform safety production is discussed,including real-time monitoring and analysis of offshore platform personnel,equipment and scenes,so as to effectively identify potential safety risks,and timely take appropriate measures to improve the production safety level of offshore platforms.
