5G新无线(New Radio,NR)作为关键的新型空口技术,以其高带宽、低延迟的特性给传统媒体产业带来了重大影响.首先分析了电视外场直播制作中的技术需求,主要包括视频源获取的高速率低延迟接入需求、编辑制作对实时性的要求以及播出传输对带宽与可靠性的需求.此外,还从NR的宽带接入和网络切片、多接入边缘计算(Multi-access Edge Computing,MEC)的部署、端到端低延迟的网络架构设计以及服务质量(Quality of Service,QoS)切片机制等方面出发,探讨了5G NR技术在电视外场直播各环节中的具体应用.
Application of 5G NR Technology in TV Field Live Broadcast Production
As a key new air interface technology,5G NR has a significant impact on the traditional media industry due to its high bandwidth and low latency characteristics.On the one hand,this paper analyzes the technical requirements of TV live broadcast production,including the high speed and low delay access requirements of video source acquisition,the real-time requirements of editing and production,and the requirements of bandwidth and reliability of broadcast transmission.On the other hand,from the aspects of NR broadband access and network slicing,deployment of Multi-acess Edge Computing(MEC),end-to-end low-latency network architecture design and Quality of Service(QoS)slicing mechanism,etc.The specific application of 5G NR technology in all aspects of TV live broadcast is discussed.
