With the comprehensive promotion of the national "convergence of three networks", radio and television operators must cope with the fierce market competition of Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) of communication operators, as well as the development needs of high-definition and 4K of their own digital television services. A fiber optic home access network suitable for all Internet Protocol (IP) services must be the best choice. In this regard, this paper introduces three kinds of optical fiber access schemes in the mainstream of radio and television network, combined with the current situation of Gezhouba urban access network, gives two kinds of transformation schemes.
