摘要

广播电视智慧运维体系是围绕发射台的核心功能,以信息技术为支撑形成的数字化、标准化、智能化管理体系,其建设原则体现在实用性、兼容性、全面性等方面.广播电视智慧运维体系是在信息技术、数据中心、人工智能的支持下构建的集设备监测、信号监控、运维监管于一体的服务体系,实现信息技术与传统运维工作的结合,既保证全面的运营维护功能,又能从根本上提升运营维护的效率和质量.介绍广播电视智慧运维体系建设的背景、原则、目标及整体架构,为广播电视行业在数字时代背景下的智慧化转型提供理论支持和实践指导.

Abstract

Radio and television intelligent operation and maintenance system is a digital, standardized and intelligent management system based on the core function of the transmitter and supported by information technology. Its construction principles are reflected in the aspects of practicality, compatibility and comprehensiveness. Radio and television intelligent operation and maintenance system is a service system built with the support of information technology, data center and artificial intelligence, equipment monitoring, signal monitoring, operation and maintenance supervision in one, to achieve the combination of information technology and traditional operation and maintenance work, not only to ensure comprehensive operation and maintenance functions, but also to fundamentally improve the efficiency and quality of operation and maintenance. This paper introduces the background, principles, objectives and overall structure of radio and television intelligent operation and maintenance system construction, which provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the intelligent transformation of radio and television industry in the background of digital age.
