探讨基于公安移动信息网的云会商系统设计及应用.首先介绍云会商系统的概况,其次详细阐述云会商系统的设计,包括系统架构、组成、功能、安全和可靠性等方面的设计;再次,介绍云会商系统的关键技术,包括云化虚拟化技术、多点控制单元(Multipoint Control Unit,MCU)资源池化、会话初始协议(Session Initiation Protocol,SIP)和可伸缩视频编码(Scalable Video Coding,SVC)多流转发等;最后,探讨云会商系统的应用场景.
Abstract
This paper aims to discuss the design and application of cloud consultation system based on public security mobile information network.Firstly,it introduces the general situation of the cloud conference system,and then elaborates the design of the cloud conference system in detail,including the design of system architecture,composition,function,security and reliability.Thirdly,the key technologies of the cloud consultation system are introduced,including cloud virtualization technology,Multipoint Control Unit(MCU)resource pooling,and Session Initiation Protocol(SIP)and Scalable Video Coding(SVC)multi-stream transmission.Finally,the application scenario of cloud consultation system is discussed.
