Design of Gyroscopic Stability Platform for Guidance Head Optical Cabin
Aiming at the requirements of high isolation,low speed stability and fast dynamic response of an infrared guidance simulation system,from the aspects of transmission stiffness,transmission space,frame Angle,frame volume and weight,control difficulty and installation complexity,the characteristics and application range of common mechanism configurations of stable platforms such as universal frame,connecting rod structure and arc structure were analyzed and compared.A gimbal frame two-axis gyro stabilized platform with rate gyro as its core is selected and designed.This paper analyzes the stability principle of isolated disturbance of gyro stabilized platform,and introduces the structure composition,main components selection and structural modal analysis of the gyro stabilized platform in detail.The prototype test shows that the structure of the gyro stabilized platform is reasonable and can meet the requirements of the system design index.
