Brief Analysis of Sound and Light Alarm Circuit for Fault of 10 kW Digital Amplitude Modulation Medium Wave Broadcasting Transmitter
The 10 kW digital amplitude-modulated medium wave broadcast transmitter has been designed a relatively complete monitoring system, which can monitor the whole process of the state of each unit in real time during operation. When a unit fails, the monitoring display circuit can give the corresponding fault indication on the working panel of the transmitter. At the same time, the generated fault protection signal is generated by the control system and the executive mechanism to generate the corresponding protection action, and the fault signal can also be sent to the data collector through the external interface board circuit for remote monitoring and control.According to the practical needs of users of medium wave transmitting stations, this paper optimizes the alarm limitations of DM10 series digital amplitude modulation broadcast transmitters, extracts and separately processes all kinds of fault alarm signals that affect the safe and stable operation of the transmitters, and makes sound and light alarm to effectively prevent the station from stopping broadcasting and poor broadcasting accidents.
