Key Technologies for Data Collection in the Regulatory System for Online Audiovisual Programs
Fully utilizing advanced technologies such as cloud computing,big data,artificial intelligence,and blockchain to build a regulatory system based on an integrated cloud platform,promoting the integration of regulatory business data resources,enhancing data analysis and processing capabilities,and achieving interconnection and interoperability among regulatory platforms at all levels are crucial measures for improving governance capabilities in China's radio,television,and online audiovisual fields during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.At the current stage,the research and application of key technologies for data collection are of great significance in actively promoting the construction of an online audiovisual program regulatory system.This article combines the current situation,introduces the concept,architecture,and functions of the online audiovisual program regulatory system,and analyzes and studies the key technical elements of data collection in the system development process,providing relevant content references for system development and application.
