Design and Application of Integrated Supervision Platform of Radio and Television Based on IT Technology
This paper introduces the design,construction and application of Yueyang radio and television comprehensive supervision platform.The supervision platform is composed of cable digital TV supervision system,radio broadcast TV supervision system,advertising supervision system,content review system,Internet Protocol TV(IPTV)supervision system,network audio-visual monitoring system,county and urban front-end monitoring system and multi-picture integration cloud platform,etc.It has realized the comprehensive monitoring and supervision of city-level radio and television media,radio and television,IPTV,and new media network audio-visual programs in 9 counties(cities and districts)under the jurisdiction of the city.The supervision platform applies big data,cloud computing and other information technologies to comprehensively monitor and supervise the safe broadcast,broadcast quality and broadcast content of radio and television in Yueyang City,ensure the correct public opinion orientation and safe and high-quality broadcast of radio and television programs in the city,and effectively improve the level of public service of radio and television.
