摘要
利用人工智能技术助力舆情分析和舆论引导,有助于及时发现并处理可能对社会稳定产生影响的舆情问题.以人工智能技术作为研究切入点,分析广播电视舆情分析及舆论引导主要问题,从舆情数据智能采集及监测、舆情信息智能分类及分析、舆情事件智能追踪及预警、舆论言论智能引导及管控入手,有效应用人工智能技术监督舆情和管理舆论.
Abstract
The use of artificial intelligence technology to assist public opinion analysis and public opinion guidance helps to timely discover and deal with public opinion problems that may have an impact on social stability.Taking artificial intelligence technology as the research entry point,this paper analyzes the main problems of radio and television public opinion analysis and public opinion guidance,and effectively applies artificial intelligence technology to supervise public opinion and manage public opinion from intelligent collection and monitoring of public opinion data,intelligent classification and analysis of public opinion information,intelligent tracking and early warning of public opinion events,and intelligent guidance and control of public opinion.
