摘要
近年来,视频会议技术取得飞速发展,中国地震局应急指挥中心的应急视频会议业务也呈现快速增长趋势.基于视频会议系统在日常应用和地震应急工作中存在的组会效率低下问题,开发了定制化的地震应急视频会议自动化应用程序.该程序具备从行业消息的获取到会议自动建立等主要核心功能,并能自动完成会议初始化设置,显著提升了地震应急工作的效率和成效.通过程序扩展,未来还可以进一步实现对会场环境的自动化调度、各类会议统计产品的定制、与公网软终端实现多平台融合等功能,并通过分发数据库权限的方式向省级地震局提供快速组会和会议管理服务.
Abstract
In recent years,the video conference technology has made rapid development,and the emergency video conference service of the emergency command center of China Earthquake Administration has also shown a rapid growth trend.Based on the low efficiency of video conferencing system in daily application and earthquake emergency work,this paper develops a customized automatic application of video conferencing for earthquake emergency.The program has the main core functions from the acquisition of industry news to the automatic establishment of the meeting,and can automatically complete the initial setting of the meeting,which significantly improves the efficiency and effectiveness of earthquake emergency work.Through program expansion,the future can further realize the automatic scheduling of the venue environment,customization of various conference statistical products,multi-platform integration with the public network soft terminal and other functions,and provide rapid meeting group and conference management services to provincial seismological bureaux by distributing database permissions.
