摘要

针对数字电视信号压缩与传输问题,研究一种基于稀疏编码的视频压缩与传输方法.聚焦基于小波变换的视频稀疏编码方法,引入字典学习优化稀疏编码.实验结果表明,所提方法在保持高压缩率的同时,能够有效地保持视频质量,为数字电视信号的高效压缩与传输提供了新的思路和方法.

Abstract

In this paper,a video compression and transmission method based on sparse coding is studied to solve the problem of digital television signal compression and transmission.Focusing on sparse video coding based on wavelet transform,dictionary learning is introduced to optimize sparse coding.The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively maintain video quality while maintaining high compression rate,which provides a new idea and method for efficient compression and transmission of digital television signals.
