摘要

针对野外无人区和无信号覆盖区域的输电线路架空线放线作业,为解决这些极端条件下实时监控的难题,探索如何使放线作业人员在没有网络通信信号的野外无人区仍能实时获取监控视频,以提升输电线路架空线放线作业的操作规范性和精确性,从而确保输电线路作业中的潜在风险和缺陷能够得到有效识别和控制.

Abstract

This paper aims at the overhead line payout operation of transmission lines in uninhabited areas and areas without signal coverage,and solves the problem that it is difficult to realize real-time monitoring under these conditions.This paper studies how pay-off operators can obtain real-time surveillance video in the field without network communication signals,so as to improve the operation standardization and accuracy of transmission line overhead pay-off operation,so as to ensure that the potential risks and defects in transmission line operation can be effectively controlled.
