从组成、电气和结构等方面系统性设计了一种小型化的光电探测设备,并对其中的实现高性能的图像处理模块进行专项设计.通过优化设计,使得单台设备在不超过20 kg的情况下,包含了可见光、红外及激光3种传感器,并配备了伺服转台以及全自动图像检测识别处理器.这一设计实现了光电探测设备轻量化、高性能的特性,以便单人携带和快速展开工作.
Design and Implementation of a Portable Photoelectric Detection Device
In this paper,a miniaturized photoelectric detection equipment is designed systematically from the aspects of composition,electricity and structure,and the image processing module with high performance is specially designed.Through optimized design,the single device contains three kinds of visible light,infrared and laser sensors,servo turntable,and automatic image detection and recognition processor under the condition of no more than 20 kg,which realizes the lightweight and high-performance characteristics of photoelectric detection equipment,so as to carry and quickly start work.
