发射机避雷系统中浪涌保护器件老化机理与应对措施

发射机具有特殊的结构和较高的工作电压,极易遭受雷电灾害的侵袭.为确保发射机免受雷击损坏,必须配备完善可靠的避雷系统,浪涌保护器件是其中的关键组成部分.浪涌保护器件的老化、退化会引发避雷系统的连锁失效,造成设备烧毁、火灾等严重后果.对此,介绍浪涌保护器件的分类及其主要性能参数,从优化器件选型配置、加强环境管理监测、建立定期检测维护机制以及开发新型抗老化器件4个方面,提出延缓浪涌保护器件老化、提升避雷系统可靠性的对策.
Aging Mechanism and Countermeasures of Surge Protective Devices in Transmitter Lightning Protection Systems
The transmitter has special structure and high working voltage,which is easy to be attacked by lightning disaster.In order to ensure that the transmitter is protected from lightning damage,it must be equipped with a perfect and reliable lightning protection system.The surge protection device is the key component.Aging and degradation of surge protection devices will lead to cascading failure of lightning protection system,resulting in serious consequences such as equipment burnout and fire.In this paper,the classification of surge protection devices and their main performance parameters are introduced.From four aspects:optimizing device selection and configuration,strengthening environmental management monitoring,establishing regular detection and maintenance mechanism,and developing new anti-aging devices,countermeasures are proposed to delay the aging of surge protection devices and improve the reliability of lightning protection system.
