摘要
广播电视节目在播放前需要经过严格的审查,确保所有的敏感信息经过处理后方可播出.当前,景宁地区需要监测的电视节目高达12套,而现有的审核方式存在管理盲点.通过在电视节目审查中引入人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)技术,能够提高监测准确率和效率.基于景宁融媒体中心在广播电视监测中应用AI的情况,二次开发现有的媒资管理系统,优化了图像和音频识别算法.改进后的系统可以满足融媒体中心业务需求,并顺利完成了部署.
Abstract
Radio and television programs are subject to strict censorship before broadcast to ensure that all sensitive information is processed before broadcast.At present,the Jingning area needs to monitor up to 12 sets of television programs,and the existing audit method has management blind spots.By introducing Artificial Intelligence(AI)technology into television program review,monitoring accuracy and efficiency can be improved.Based on the application of AI in radio and television monitoring by Jingning Convergent Media Center,the existing media asset management system is developed and the image and audio recognition algorithms are optimized.The improved system can meet the business requirements of the convergent media center,and successfully completed the deployment.
