Gender Difference Analysis of Tumor Markers in Lung Adenocarcinoma
Objective To explore the gender differences of tumor markers in lung adenocarcinoma and provide a relevant basis for precise medical treatment of lung adenocarcinoma.Method From January 1,2020 to January 1,2022,168 patients with lung adenocarcinoma di-agnosed by pathology at the Department of Thoracic Surgery of Yanbian University Affiliated Hospital were collected, including 52 males and 116 females.Tumor markers were measured at the Laboratory of Yanbian University Affiliated Hospital and relevant inpatient medi-cal records were consulted to obtain information.Conduct data analysis based on SPSS 23.0 statistical software. Results The positive rates of male tumor markers ranged from high to low, including cytokeratin 19 fragment(Cyfra21-1),neuron-specific enolase(NSE),gas-trin releasing peptide precursor(ProGRP),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),and carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153);The positive rates of female tumor markers ranged from high to low,are:NSE,Cy-fra21-1,CA125,ProGRP,CEA,CA199,and CA153;The difference in positive tumor markers between different genders was found in Cy-fra21-1(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a gender difference in Cyfra21-1 among lung adenocarcinoma patients, which can serve as a precise medical reference indicator for lung adenocarcinoma.
