甘油三酯葡萄糖指数与糖尿病视网膜病变相关性的研究进展

摘要
糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)是糖尿病致残的主要原因之一.甘油三酯葡萄糖(triglyceride glucose,TyG)指数已确定为胰岛素抵抗的可靠替代指标,与DR的发生风险存在正相关性,被确认为DR的独立危险因素或可靠的预测因子.本文从TyG指数与DR相关性,TyG指数与DR发病机制的关联机制(视网膜血管,炎症,氧化应激和脂代谢),TyG指数在DR预测中的临床应用方面进行综述,旨在为DR的临床诊断提供帮助.
Abstract
Diabetic retinopathy(DR)makes one of the leading causes of disability in diabetes.Triglyceride glucose(TyG)index has been identified as a reliable surrogate for insulin resistance,and there is a positive correlation between the risk of developing diabetic retinopa-thy(DR),which has been recognized as an independent risk factor or a reliable predictor of DR.In this article,we review the correlation between TyG index and DR,the association between TyG index and the pathogenesis of DR(retinal vascularization,inflammation,oxida-tive stress,and lipid metabolism),and the clinical application of TyG index in the prediction of DR,with the aim of providing assistance in the clinical diagnosis of DR.
