构建立体化的医疗-救护-康养管理体系是实施健康中国战略的重要策略,护理服务是管理体系的关键组成部分。护理本科职业教育向社会输送护理专业人才,如何提升护理专业人才的培养质量是本科职业教育关注的热点。本文探讨了护理高等教育医教协同改革的现状及存在的问题。针对多数医学职业院校"自我循环"局面,分析了以"医教协同、三层对接"护理本科职业教学模式的构建方法和实践效果,以期为加强护理本科职业教育教学的改进和促进护理学生综合素质的提高提供参考。
Reflection on the Construction of A Teaching Model for Undergraduate Nurs-ing Vocational Education with"Medical Education Collaboration and Three Layer Docking"
The implementation of the strategy of healthy China needs to build a three-dimensional management system of medical treat-ment,rescue,and health care.Nursing service is the key component of management system.Undergraduate nursing vocational education provides nursing professionals to the community.How to improve the training quality of nursing professionals has become a hot issue of concern for undergraduate vocational education.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the reform of medical education integration in nursing higher education and explores the construction method and practical effect of the nursing undergraduate vocational teaching mode of"medical education integration and three layer docking"in view of the"self-circulation"situation in most medical vocational colleges.Through the theoretical analysis and practical exploration of the model construction,some useful conclusions are drawn,which might provide valuable clues for improving and enhancing nursing undergraduate vocational teaching.
