小脑作为重要脑结构,将接收的外部信息,进行整合、分析与计算,最终由小脑皮层浦肯野细胞发出编码指令,调节躯体平衡、姿势、精细运动,参与情感、认知、学习记忆和社交行为.本文综述课题组最新研究成果和国外文献资料,概述外部感觉信息通过不同途径传入小脑皮层神经环路对神经元活动和突触传递调节的时空机制,明确感觉信息在小脑皮层中的传递与整合的突触与受体机制.
A Review on the Mechanism of Sensory Information Transmission and Integra-tion in the Cerebellar Cortical Neural Circuits
As an important brain structure,the cerebellum integrates,analyzes,and calculates the external information,and the cerebellar cortical Purkinje cell finally sends out the encoded instructions to regulate somatic balance,posture,fine motor,and participate in emo-tional,cognitive,learning and memory,and social behavior.This article reviews our latest findings and foreign literature,outlines the spa-tiotemporal mechanisms of external sensory information transmitted through different pathways into the cerebellar cortical neural circuit to regulate neuronal activity and synaptic transmission,and clarifies the synaptic and receptor mechanisms of sensory information trans-mission and integration in the cerebellar cortex.
