Progress in Clinical Application of Rapid Rehabilitation Theory in Orthopedic Surgery
The concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery is one of the most commonly used nursing concepts in clinical orthopedic surgery.Currently,it has been widely applied in developed countries such as Europe and America,and has also been widely applied in depart-ments such as hepatobiliary surgery,gynecology,pediatrics,urology,oncology,and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in China,achieving satisfactory results.Bone surgery patients often require surgical treatment,and the postoperative recovery time is long and the condition is severe.The application of rapid rehabilitation surgery theory is particularly important.At the same time,the development status of the concept of rapid surgery in orthopedic nursing practice still needs to be further improved.This article summarizes the clinical application of rapid rehabilitation plans in four aspects of knee joint,hip joint,femur,and spinal surgery by searching for literature in the past five years,providing a theoretical basis for the future practice of rapid rehabilitation concepts in orthopedic nursing.
