基于新医科的临床微生物学检验技术课程教学设计与实践

临床微生物学检验技术是一门为感染性疾病的诊疗防控提供循证依据的核心专业课,要求检验人员具有夯实的理论基础和极强的实践能力,并有开发新技术提高微生物学检验水平的创新精神。在以新医科引领医学教育创新的时代背景下,该课程的人才培养质量将为实施"健康中国"的发展战略提供重要支撑。本研究以新医科建设为引领,在充分落实"学生中心、成果导向"的教学理念基础上,构建了"四模块、三结合、一分站"的理论-实验一体化的临床微生物学检验技术课程教学体系,通过"学中做、做中学、反复练、重复做"夯实理论基础、强化专业实践能力,培养学生的创新精神和意识,提升应用型人才培养质量,推动新医科建设。
Teaching Design and Practice of Clinical Microbiology Laboratory Technology Course Based on New Medicine
Clinical microbiology laboratory technology is a core specialized course that provides the evidence-based basis for infectious disease diagnosis,treatment prevention,and control,so laboratory staff are required to have a solid theoretical basis and strong practical ability,and have the innovative spirit of developing new technologies to improve the level of microbiological testing.Under the back-ground of new medicine leading the innovation of medical education,the personnel training quality of this course will provide important support for the development strategy of"Healthy China".This research takes the new medical science construction as guidance,on the basis of fully implementing the teaching idea of"student-centered,achievement-oriented",we have constructed the teaching system of the clinical microbiology laboratory technology course with the theory-experiment integration of"four modules,three combinations,and one station".By means of"doing in learning,learning by doing,practicing repeatedly and doing repeatedly",the theoretical basis is con-solidated,the professional practice ability is strengthened,the innovative spirit and consciousness of students are cultivated,and the qual-ity of applied talents is enhanced,we will promote the development of new medical sciences.
