巨噬细胞代谢重编程在炎-癌转化中的作用

炎-癌转化是肿瘤发生发展过程中的关键环节。近年研究发现,巨噬细胞作为免疫系统中的主要组成细胞,其代谢重编程在肿瘤的炎-癌转化中发挥了重要作用。深入研究巨噬细胞代谢重编程和肿瘤炎-癌转化之间的关系,对于阐释肿瘤恶性演进机制具有重要意义。本文总结了巨噬细胞代谢重编程与肿瘤炎-癌转化相关性的研究进展,以期探讨靶向巨噬细胞代谢重编程在肿瘤治疗中的潜在应用前景。
Role of Macrophage Metabolic Reprogramming in Inflammation-Cancer Transformation
Inflammation-cancer transformation is a key link in the process of tumorigenesis and development. Recent studies have found that the metabolic reprogramming of macrophages,as the main constituent cells in the immune system,plays an important role in the inflammation-cancer transformation of tumors. In-depth study of the relationship between macrophage metabolic reprogramming and tu-mor inflammation-cancer transformation is of great significance for elucidating the mechanism of tumor malignant evolution . This review summarizes the research progress of macrophage metabolic reprogramming and tumor inflammation-cancer transformation,in order to ex-plore the potential application prospect of targeting macrophage metabolic reprogramming in tumor therapy.
