Research Status of Organophosphorus Pesticide Residue Detection Technology in Plant-derived Food
Organophosphorus pesticide residues in plant-derived foods not only seriously jeopardize human health,but also lead to huge economic losses. Therefore,the detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues has far-reaching social significance. This paper re-viewed the concepts and hazards of organophosphorus pesticides,the concept of organophosphorus residues and related regulations,and the characteristics of the various types of organophosphorus detection techniques commonly were used at present,with the aim of provid-ing useful assistance for the detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues in plant-derived foods.
